  • What sizes are available for rental?

    Our dresses come in a wide variety of sizes that cater to the needs of all. We are dedicated to making fashion inclusive and have products of all sizes.

  • How far in advance should I rent a dress?

    Our recommendation for you is to rent a dress at least 2-3 weeks before the event you are planning to wear our dress. Especially, during our peak seasons it is strongly advised.

  • What happens if I return late or return a damaged dress?

    A fee is applicable if you return a damaged dress or return it late. This fee is completely dependent on the extent of damage or delay that takes place.

  • Is cleaning included in your rental?

    Yes, cleaning is included in our rental service. We clean all our dresses professionally and the cost of cleaning is included in the price of the rental.

  • What happens if the dress does not fit?

    Please contact us immediately if the dress that you have rented does not fit. We may apply a cancellation fee if needed. Refer to our cancellation policy for more details.
