enjoyable experience. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your
order or wish to return a dress, we have outlined our return and refund
policy so that the process is easy for you.
Return policy
We want you to love the dress you've chosen! If any problem arises when you
receive your order, please inspect the item immediately and notify us within
24 hours after delivery so that we may take due notice of it.
To ensure that we maintain a smooth rental experience for all customers,
please note that all items must be returned by the due date specified in
your rental agreement. The dress should be in the same condition as when you
received it, free from damage, stains, or alterations. Any dress returned
with significant damage beyond normal wear will incur an additional fee to
cover the repair or replacement costs.
If you need to extend the rental period, please let us know as soon as
possible. Additional charges may apply for extended rentals.
Refund policy
Refunds are only offered when the problem cannot be rectified; this may
include having ordered a wrong product or receiving an item that is damaged
in any way. If eligible, refunds are made directly through a bank transfer,
but allow up to 7-10 business days after receiving the returned merchandise
and processing the inspection on your order.
Note that, there is no refund given to a change of mind or sizing issue and
when the product is returned late. Therefore, be cautious while selecting
the dress by studying it cautiously before placing your order.
Payment and refund procedure
At Kneeldress, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only accepted payment
method. Upon receiving the dress, you pay for the dress in cash directly to
the delivery person. In the case of refunds, ensure to give us your banking
information, and we'll make sure of the refund with immediate effect.
Privacy and security
We keep in mind the privacy of others. This data obtained through return
processing or refunds is handled accordingly by way of compliance with the
PDPO in Hong Kong. Your data will be well protected and only used in the
processing of completing this transaction.
